These terms govern use of stackpilotgrid.world and commissions placed with Stackpilot Grid, the studio at 64 South Western Terrace,Milton,NG22 7AF,United Kingdom. By sending a brief, booking a sitting, or paying a deposit you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not commission work.

The studio and the work

We create original sequential art of Thor’s mythic saga, including animated panels issued as NFT comics. We are not a licensee of Marvel Entertainment or any other publisher. Marvel-style here means a visual grammar of heroic comics, not an official imprint. You must not present issued work as licensed merchandise of a third-party publisher.

Briefs, estimates, and contracts

A submitted brief is an enquiry, not a contract. A contract exists when we send a written estimate and you accept it in writing (including email) and pay the opening deposit. Scope is limited to what the estimate lists: panel count, motion length, edition size, and delivery files.

Intellectual property

Until the final payment clears, all pencils, inks, colour, motion files, and NFT metadata remain the studio’s property. On final payment we grant you a personal licence to display the still and the animated panel privately and in your own collection listings, and we transfer the agreed NFT comic edition to the wallet named in the estimate. We retain the right to show process images of the work in the Milton studio, on this site, and in print about the studio, unless the estimate records a private commission. You may not reproduce the work for sale, merchandising, or another NFT mint without a separate written licence. We will not copy another artist’s published Thor page as a substitute for original composition.

Your materials

Reference you supply must be yours to use. If you send a copyrighted cover or script that we cannot legally echo, we will refuse that part of the brief and propose an original angle.

NFT issuance

Minting happens only after final payment. Network fees for transfer are listed on the estimate and are payable by you unless stated otherwise. We do not custody wallets, offer investment advice, or promise any resale value for an NFT comic.

Liability

We are responsible for delivering the work described in the estimate with reasonable care. We are not liable for wallet loss, third-party marketplace outages, colour variation on your screen, or disappointment about mythic interpretation. Our total liability for a commission is limited to the fees you paid for that commission, except where the law of England and Wales does not allow that limit (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

Acceptable use of this site

Do not misuse forms, attempt to disrupt the site, or scrape images for another commercial offering. The site is informational; prices are not an offer to the world at large.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief for intellectual property in any competent court.

Changes

We may update these terms for new sittings and commissions. The version on this page when you accept an estimate applies to that commission.
