Privacy
This notice explains how Stackpilot Grid (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you visit stackpilotgrid.world, send a brief, book a sitting, or commission an animated Thor mythic saga panel. We are the data controller. Our studio address is 64 South Western Terrace,Milton,NG22 7AF,United Kingdom. Contact hello@stackpilotgrid.world or 07082350123.
What we collect
From the contact form: name, email, chosen commission type, optional mythic moment, and your message. If we contract with you we may also hold a postal address for invoices, sitting notes, wallet addresses you give us for NFT transfer, and payment references. Server logs may include IP address and browser type for security. If you accept analytics cookies we collect page paths and approximate region via the analytics cookie described on the cookies page.
Why we use it
We use enquiry data to reply to briefs (legitimate interests in running a studio, and steps toward a contract). We use contract data to draw, invoice, mint, and transfer work (performance of a contract). We keep invoice records because UK tax law requires it (legal obligation). Analytics run only with consent.
Retention
Unsuccessful briefs are kept for 18 months in case you return to the same saga beat, then deleted. Contracts, invoices, and wallet transfer records are kept for six years after the tax year of the commission. Sitting notes stay with the job file for the same period. Analytics data, if any, is kept for 13 months.
Who we share with
We share what is necessary with our accountant, our bank, and the NFT minting or transfer service named on your estimate. We do not sell collector lists. Staff at the Milton studio can see briefs in order to draw them.
International transfers
If a minting or email service stores data outside the United Kingdom, we use a service that offers UK-approved transfer tools (such as the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses) or is covered by a UK adequacy regulation. Ask us which processor applies to your commission.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw cookie consent at any time by clearing the stored choice and using the banner again, or by writing to us. These rights are not absolute. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Children
We do not take commissions from anyone under 18. Do not send us a child’s data in a brief.
